Brad Fitch has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Program Evaluation Coordinator at the University of Washington School of Medicine. Brad then worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Portland State University from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they were a Sustainability Intern at Columbia Sportswear. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Intellectual Ventures as a Senior Analyst, Financial Products, Senior Analyst, Commercial Development, Analyst, Materials Life Cycle Management, and Operations Associate/Analyst. From 2014 to 2015, they were an Independent Consultant. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior Associate at Revel Consulting. Since 2017, they have been the Director of Operations at Seattle Gummy Company, where they have been responsible for balancing supply and demand, planning and implementing strategic initiatives for market expansion, and developing processes and infrastructure to ensure the company is optimized for cost, performance, speed, quality, and growth. Brad also built the digital ecosystem for SGC Digital, including website, social media, digital ads, SEO, and email marketing, and launched on Amazon.
Brad Fitch received their Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Music from the University of Washington in 2003. Brad then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability from Portland State University in 2008.
