Robin Murphy, JD, SPHR, currently serves as Managing Legal Counsel at Sound Transit, a position held since May 2009. Previously, Robin Murphy was a Strategic Advisor in Human Resources at Seattle City Light and Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Puget Sound Regional Council. Robin Murphy graduated from Leadership Eastside as part of the Class of 2016. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Smith College. Currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at Boston University, with an expected graduation date in January 2027.
