Juan Rubio

Juan Rubio is an experienced digital media and learning professional currently serving as the Digital Media and Learning Program Manager at The Seattle Public Library, where responsibility includes directing the national initiative "Caring About Teen Mental Health." Previous roles include board member at FILMMAKERS without BORDERS and designer-facilitator at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Juan has contributed as a New Media Consultant for the Tribeca Film Institute and has held various positions at Global Kids, leading digital media departments and collaborating on innovative programs.
