Lawrence is in his 20th season with the organization and first as Vice President for Ticketing Sales & Service, which encompasses sales and operations of Suites, Ticketing, and Premium Seating products.
Starting with the Seahawks as a Ticket Sales Representative then as the Customer Relationship Manager overseeing season ticket renewals, customer service initiatives and ticket holder engagement, Lawrence has played a key role in building and expanding the team's ticketing services. During his 10th season, Lawrence was promoted to Director of Ticket Sales & Service where he was responsible for managing all general and Club ticket sales initiatives and customer service campaigns while adding oversight of ticket operations to his responsibilities.
Lawrence also contributed to the launch of Sounders FC Major League Soccer franchise, managing the ticketing efforts that led to 22,000 season tickets being sold in the club's inaugural season (2009), and setting MLS and Open Cup sales and attendance records from 2009-2013. In 2013, Lawrence was named Ticket Executive of the Year by Major League Soccer for his outstanding efforts and contributions.
During Lawrence's 20 years with the organization, the Seahawks have set franchise records for new season tickets sold, overall season ticket base, average attendance, and group sales. The Seahawks have averaged more than 98 percent in season ticket renewals over the last five seasons, including 99 percent four out of the last five years. Entering the 2018 season, the team has sold out 130 consecutive games, has 12,000 members on the team's Blue Pride season ticket wait list and more than 69,000 fans on the Blue Pride notification list.
Lawrence is a graduate of the Murrow School of Communications at Washington State University and holds a degree in Public Relations. He resides in University Place with his wife Amy and two children, Emma and Ainsley.
