Entering her 39th season with the club in 2021, Cindy Kelley was promoted to senior vice president in 2015. Kelley is responsible for leading all human resources functions and developing strategies that meet the goals and objectives of the organization including: policies and procedures, talent and diversity recruiting strategies, workplace culture, benefits, compliance, training, compensation, labor relations, employee relations, performance management, safety, and strategic planning. She also oversees administration, corporate hospitality and security.
