James Bashford has extensive experience in digital marketing and communications, primarily in the consumer goods industry. James began their career at 3M, where they held roles such as Digital Marketing Executive and Senior Digital Marketing & CRM Executive. James was responsible for website development, SEO, SEM, and email marketing, among other digital marketing activities. James later became the Head of Digital Marketing Operations at 3M, overseeing the digital marketing strategy for all divisions in the UK & Ireland. James then joined Groupe SEB, where they served as Head of Digital Marketing and Head of Digital Marketing & Communications for the UK & Ireland. In these roles, they led the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies for consumer brands such as Tefal, Krups, and Rowenta, and was responsible for overseeing a team of digital marketing professionals. Throughout their career, James has demonstrated expertise in driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies and operations.
James Bashford attended Aston University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business & Management with a 1:1 grade.
