Juris Poseika

Juris Poseika is an experienced project manager with a robust background in IT and cyber security, currently serving as Project Lead at SEB since October 2022. In this role, Juris manages a special project focused on cyber security and defense of IT assets across over 20 global locations. Previously, Juris was the Project Management Team Lead at SEB, overseeing the construction of a new office building and the relocation of more than 1100 employees. With prior experience as a Project Delivery Manager at ChiliFresh Enterprises, Juris successfully maximized business process efficiency and fostered vendor relationships. A long tenure at SEB included senior project management roles involving complex data migrations and the implementation of core banking systems. Earlier career experience at Swedbank involved managing a portfolio of trade finance IT development projects under tight regulatory deadlines.
