Daniel Teo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Daniel began their career as a Quality Control Assistant and Instructor at Speedb Pte LTD in 2015. Daniel then served as an Army Specialist in the Singapore Armed Forces from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they worked as a Customer Service Officer at the Central Provident Fund Board for a brief period in 2018. Daniel also gained experience as an Electrical Engineer at Infineon Technologies from 2018 to 2019. During their time as a student at Nanyang Technological University from 2017 to 2020, they held a role as a Freelance Computer Technician. In 2020, they joined SEC Consult Singapore Pte. Ltd. as an Associate Security Consultant and worked there until 2022. Daniel then briefly worked as an Associate at Centurion Information Security before becoming a Security Consultant at SEC Consult Group in 2022. Overall, Daniel Teo has demonstrated their adaptability and expertise in various fields throughout their career.

Daniel Teo attended the Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they attended Singapore Polytechnic and obtained a Diploma in Aerospace Electronics.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel Teo has also received several certifications. In October 2018, they completed the Core Foundation for Data Science program at the Singapore Data Science Academy. In August 2020, they obtained the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification from Offensive Security. In September 2020, they obtained the CREST Registered Penetration Tester and CREST Practitioner Security Analyst certifications from CREST - www.crest-approved.org. In December 2020, they obtained the Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP) certification from Offensive Security. In June 2021, they obtained the Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester (OSEP) certification from Offensive Security. Most recently, in April 2023, they obtained the Red Team Operator certification from Zero-Point Security Ltd.
