Cara Rich

Cara Rich serves as the Chief Growth Officer for North America at BCW Global, a position held since January 2019, where responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies for the agency's largest region. In addition, Cara is the Executive Vice President, North America Growth, overseeing initiatives related to new business and marketing efforts. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Business Development at Chief and strategic positions at Ketchum and B/W/R Public Relations, where involvement focused on business development, strategy planning, and execution of multimedia publicity campaigns for various high-profile clients. Cara holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
