Caroline Terme

Caroline Terme currently serves as Responsable de Mission at SECAFI, focusing on enhancing social dialogue and providing strategic and social policy guidance to clients in both private and public sectors. With a strong background in change management from their role as Directrice de missions at Sémaphores Entreprises, Caroline has extensive experience navigating complex environments and mentoring junior team members. Caroline also managed change projects at Caroline Payet Conseil, and has held consulting roles at Didaction Conseil, ANPE, Cayron Consultants, and Quaternaire Développement, where expertise in human resources, competence management, and organizational development was cultivated. Academic qualifications include a DESS in Human Resource Management from iaelyon School of Management, and degrees in international law and business law from ILERI and Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
