Kimmo Kaario

Kimmo Kaario serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Magister Solutions Ltd. since May 2021 and holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Secapp since April 2023, along with being a Board Member. Kaario previously directed the Space and Defence division at Huld from February 2020 to June 2024 and served as Business Unit Director for Space and Defence at RD Velho Oy from September 2018 to February 2020. Other notable roles include heading the Software Development at NaviHouse Oy and holding various leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and CEO at Relator Oy. Kaario's early career includes significant contributions at SysOpen Digia Oyj and Honeywell, and academic pursuits as a researcher at the University of Jyväskylä. Kaario earned a Ph.D. and MSc in Computer Science from the University of Jyväskylä and completed early education at Märsky.
