Lisa Popadic, MBA, serves as the Director of Strategic Alliances at Seclore since July 2015, leveraging extensive experience to enhance security, privacy, and compliance for law firms and companies through innovative rights management technology while addressing GDPR and NIST 800-171 compliance. Additionally, Lisa is an Executive Board Member of i.WILL, a professional networking organization dedicated to supporting women's career advancement. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Legal Technology Professional and over 20 years as a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Foley Hoag LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP, focusing on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. Lisa holds an AB in Political Science from Boston College, a Paralegal Certificate in Litigation from Boston University, and an MBA from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
