James Schavel

James Schavel has a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science & Technology from James Madison University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Science from Eastern Shore Community College. James has worked in various roles in the energy sector, ranging from a Staking Engineer at A&N Electric Cooperative to their current position as a System Control Coordinator at SECO Energy. James also served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Coast Guard and as an Energy Control Center Dispatcher at Duke Energy Corporation. Additionally, James gained experience as a Groundsman at Asplundh Tree Expert Co.
