Silvia Ciceri

Silvia Ciceri is the Vice President of Human Resources at Seco Tools since September 2021, previously serving as the Head of HR Global Sales at Sandvik Coromant from March 2013 to September 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for 2,500 employees in the Global Sales function. Silvia's experience encompasses various HR roles across multiple regions, including HR Business Partner for the Americas, managing 800 employees across several countries, and leading strategic HR initiatives focused on talent management and diversity. Prior to Sandvik, Silvia worked at Sandvik Italia and Bticino in HR development and training roles, alongside earlier positions in training project management. Silvia earned a degree in Scienze dell'Educazione from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Currently based in Madrid, Spain.
