Neil Pardasani

Neil Pardasani serves as the Co-Head of the North America FinTech Practice at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and holds the title of Senior Partner & Managing Director. With a career at BCG spanning from August 2003 to the present, Neil Pardasani leads initiatives in digital innovation and agile transformation while also overseeing BCG's West Coast Financial Institutions and Insurance Practice. As a member of BCG's North America Financial Institutions Management Team and various committees, Neil Pardasani has a robust track record in strategy, business, and digital transformation, focusing on senior executive support. Prior experience includes leadership roles in asset and wealth management and extensive project leadership within technology, media, and telecom sectors. Neil Pardasani previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Deloitte Consulting, and serves on the Board of Directors for Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. from UCLA.
