Joe Lau

Joe Lau is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Research and Development Engineer at Second Source Medical LLC since December 2020, focusing on technology innovation and design validation for biotechnology startups. Prior experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineer at QXQ Inc, where Joe designed test fixtures and optimized PCB safety through finite element analysis. Joe also interned as a Process Engineer at Toray Advanced Composites, developing operator manuals and go/no-go gauges to ensure quality compliance.
