Sophie Bailie

Sophie Bailie is an experienced Senior Operations Manager at Second Step since September 2019, with a strong background in children's services and business development. Previously, Sophie held the position of Children's Services Manager at Barnardo's Cymru and served as a Business Development Manager at Barnardo's, where responsibilities included leading business development initiatives across Wales.
