Dr. Martin Balcer

Dr. Martin Balcer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dr. Martin started their career as a Legal Intern at Rechtsanwalts- & Notarkanzlei Priebe und Bothe in 2003 and later became a Lawyer there. In 2005, they joined Orlen Deutschland AG as an Assistant of the board before progressing to roles such as Project Manager, Network and Business Development, and Regional Area Manager. In 2008, Dr. Balcer established their own law office to finalize their dissertation. Dr. Martin then worked as a Country Manager at TAN-VIET International S.A./TAN-VIET GmbH in 2009 before transitioning to a role at Secop as a Key Account Manager. Eventually, they were promoted to the position of Global Accounts Director at Secop.

Dr. Martin Balcer completed their education in Law studies at the University of Hamburg from 1997 to 2002, achieving a 2nd State examination.
