Lars Henriksen

Lars Henriksen has extensive experience in engineering and product development, with a focus on compressor technology. Currently serving as Head of Global Engineering Integration at Nidec Global Appliance since October 2010, Lars has successfully implemented a global setup for efficient compressor variant development. Prior roles include leading the integration of R&D teams across multiple countries and developing product development processes at Secop. Lars's earlier positions at Danfoss involved directing technology and product development for compressors, along with contributions as a mechanical engineer at York International and Aabenraa Motorfabrik. Lars holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Energy Technology from the University of Southern Denmark and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
