José Joaquín Torres is an experienced professional with a robust background in business leadership and consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at SECOT since September 2019, José Joaquín is dedicated to leveraging personal experiences to assist others in navigating new journeys. Previously, from March 2011 to August 2019, José Joaquín held the position of Director of Business Banking at CaixaBank, where strategic vision was shared with diverse companies to facilitate adaptation to changing environments. Additionally, as Director of Business Area, leadership was provided to over 100 individuals across more than 20 teams, focusing on change management and cultural integration following the merger with Banco de Valencia. José Joaquín's educational qualifications include a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Valencia, along with several leadership and management diplomas from prestigious institutions.
