Usman Khalid

Usman Khalid has a diverse work experience, starting in 1998 with a role as a Personal Banker at Bank One. Usman then moved on to Standard Chartered Bank, where they held multiple positions including Regional Sales Manager, Head of Sales Training and Strategy, and National Sales Manager. In 2007, they joined Aspire as the Managing Director and Lead L&D Consultant, where they provided training and mentoring services to start-ups and led various communication and team building interventions. In 2012, Usman Khalid joined SECP, where they held several positions including Joint Director, Wing Head - HR & Training, Additional Director - HR & Training, and Additional Director - Corporatization and Compliance. Their responsibilities at SECP included developing and executing training programs, managing stakeholder relations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Usman Khalid attended DePaul University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a BSc Honors degree in Marketing. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued an MBA degree in HR and Marketing at Lahore University of Management Sciences.
