Aleš Ryp

Ale Quintero is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023. Previous roles include Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together, where Ale focused on advancing health and human services, and Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, reimagining health insurance. Ale was also a Founding Designer at Knoable, Inc. and operated as a Freelance Designer for Alejandra Quintero Design, assisting early-stage companies in crafting exceptional brand experiences. Ale co-founded The Handsome Pig, contributing to product concept and design strategy, and held designer positions at Rehilete Estudio Creativo, working with notable clients such as Universal Music Group and MTV. Earlier experience includes developing brand strategies for ecotourism communities in Oaxaca, along with a Junior Designer role at Decofuego Chimeneas. Ale holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
