Victor Cayres

Victor Cayres is an experienced professional in storytelling, game design, and education. As the owner of Victor Cayres: Soluções Lúdicas e Narrativas Transmídia since 2012, Victor develops narratives and games for various contexts, including entertainment and education. Currently, Victor serves as the director of the online school DeROSE Method Level Up, and as a consultant for the Digital Strategy for Fiscal Education and Transparency at Secretaria de Estado da Fazenda do Paraná. Previous roles include consulting on gamification projects at SENAI ITED, serving as a game design consultant for a UNESCO education project, and conducting scientific research on game design. Victor holds a PhD in Performing Arts from Universidade Federal da Bahia and has further qualifications in Communication and Media Studies, making substantial contributions to the fields of education and entertainment through innovative methodologies.
