Vivienne Li

Vivienne Li is an Associate Director with Secretariat based in Singapore. She has nearly 10 years of experience in the consulting industry. She specializes in construction disputes and has extensive experience in performing delay analysis. Her work typically involves review of programmes, evaluation of claims, critical path analysis, disruption evaluation, and measuring productivity.

Ms. Li has worked on large international disputes on projects in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, India, China, Vietnam, Thailand, and Philippines. Her experience covers a wide range of energy and resources, infrastructure, commercial and residential projects. She has been involved in arbitrations under ICC, AAA, HKIAC, DIAC and ADCCAC.

Ms. Li has a BEng Degree in Material Science and Engineering from the National University of Singapore. She is currently pursuing her LLM in International Dispute Resolution at Queen Mary University of London.
