Operations Manager at Section L

Carlo Fornier has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Bartender at Chateau 1771, followed by a role as Barangay Secretary at Barangay San Lorenzo. In 2009, they also took on the role of Concierge Agent at The Peninsula Manila, where they were promoted to Concierge Supervisor in the same year. In 2014, they were appointed Secretary General at Les Clefs d'Or Philippines, and in 2017 they were appointed Assistant Chief Concierge at The Peninsula Tokyo. In 2021, they were appointed Operations Manager at Section L. Throughout their roles, Carlo has been tasked with providing an international management perspective, conceptualizing and formulating itineraries for incoming guests, coordinating relationships with potential vendors, providing customer engagement, developing and executing unique concepts, and ensuring that all guest requests and issues are handled promptly.

Carlo Fornier attended Xavier School from 1993 to 2006 and then De La Salle - College of St. Benilde from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management. Carlo also holds certifications in International Hospitality Management - Micromasters Certification from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2021), Departmental Trainer from The Peninsula Manila (2014), Les Clefs d'Or from Les Clefs d'Or Philippines (2013), and Basic First Aid from Philippine Red Cross (2013).
