Andy Finn

Andy Finn is an experienced Information Technology Developer with a strong background in team leadership and support. Currently serving as a team leader at Sector Alarm Group since October 2011, Andy oversees a team of 10-12 agents, focusing on daily service levels and agent KPIs while providing training and coaching. In addition, Andy has been a SharePoint Developer at PhoneWatch since June 2017, responsible for updating and developing new features for SharePoint On-Prem 2013, alongside training editors. Previous roles include managing a customer service team at Chubb Security and providing technical support at AOL UK and NTL (UPC). Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The Open University and a National Certificate in Industrial Computers from the Waterford Institute of Technology. Recently completed further education with Code With Mosh in February 2023.
