Karen Morris

Karen Morris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Group Business Transformation Manager at Sector Alarm Group since January 2021, Karen focuses on analyzing business processes to drive productivity and reduce costs, leveraging Robotic Process Automation to enhance efficiency. Prior to this role, Karen spent over 12 years at PhoneWatch, progressing from Finance Representative to Finance Supervisor, and then to Operational Excellence & Compliance Manager, where the emphasis was on documenting and improving business processes. Additionally, Karen has experience managing teams, specifically as a Field Manager, where performance monitoring and reporting were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Auctioneering from Technological University Dublin and a Leaving Cert from Gorey Community School.
