Miguel Figueiredo

Miguel Figueiredo is a Software Engineer at Sectra since September 2018, specializing in the Sectra Connectivity Hub. Prior roles include Deployment Engineer for migrations, focusing on medical imaging data migrations with DICOM and HL7 standards, and for upgrades, where responsibilities included executing PACS software upgrades and automating the upgrade process. Additionally, Miguel served as a Support Engineer, managing support tickets and issues related to PACS software for healthcare customers. Involved with community service, Miguel was a member of Rotaract District 1970 in Portugal from May 2015 to June 2019 and served as a Vogal in the Cultural and Recreational Department of AEFCUP from February 2016 to January 2019, helping plan cultural activities for students. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Informatics and Computing Engineering at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, Miguel previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Network and Systems Engineering from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto.
