Scott Questad has over three decades of experience in technology and customer support. Currently a Customer Success Manager at Sectra since March 2007, Scott has also held roles including Director of Dedicated Support and Manager of RIS/PACS On-Site Support, where responsibilities encompass managing on-site administrators in hospitals and overseeing various technical integrations and scripting solutions. Prior to Sectra, Scott served as the Director of Technology at Plumstead Christian School, managing IT infrastructure for a K-12 institution. Scott's career began at Lucent Technologies, where roles included MTS, Technical Manager, and Sales Engineer. Scott earned a BA in Mathematics from The College of New Jersey in 1984.
