Dan Dolezal has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Dan currently serves as a Program Manager at SECURA Insurance since September 2019. Prior to their current role, they worked at Thrivent Financial for over three decades in various positions. Dan was the EPMO/IT Manager of Project Execution from December 2013 to April 2019, managing a portfolio of up to 30 projects and programs worth $25 million. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Project Manager from November 2007 to November 2013, overseeing strategic projects with a total cost of $28.4 million. Before that, they served as the Manager of Field Management Compensation and IT Programmer/Analyst. Prior to joining Thrivent Financial, they spent six years in the Army National Guard as a Communications Specialist from 1982 to 1988. Dan Dolezal holds certifications in PMP, CSM, and CSPO.
