Clay Rogers started their work experience in 2000 at Genscape, Inc. as a Field Manager/Technician, where they managed network deployment and operations in the western United States. Clay also negotiated access agreements with landowners and secured access for remote monitoring devices. In 2002, they were assigned to start a Europe business unit and worked on operational aspects in Germany, France, and The Netherlands.
In 2004, Clay joined Bank of America as a Project Manager, where they managed projects for national merchants migrating to the bank's card processing platform. Clay led project meetings and ensured client expectations were met.
From 2006 to 2013, Clay worked at Appriss, first as a Project Manager, managing statewide implementations for integrating jail management systems. Clay then became the Manager of Professional Services, leading a team and providing API integrations and analysis.
At Appriss Health, Clay held various roles from 2013 to 2021. Clay started as a Product Manager, leading the strategy, design, development, and delivery of healthcare products. Clay then became the Director of Product Management, where they directed product lines and led cross-functional teams.
In 2021, Clay joined Secure Exchange Solutions as the Senior Director of Product Management in the healthcare industry.
Clay Rogers holds an MS degree in Applied Information Technology from Bellarmine University, which was obtained between 2005 and 2006. Prior to that, they earned a BS degree in Finance from Georgetown College between 1996 and 2000. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in 2013.
