Anne Mckenning

Anne McKenning is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Secure Trust Bank PLC since June 2007, where accountability includes strategic and transactional HR and training across all companies in the Secure Trust Bank Group. Prior to this role, Anne held the position of Resourcing & Learning Business Partner at Barclays from October 1995 to June 2007, focusing on the development and implementation of resourcing and learning strategies for the Barclays Retail Network. Earlier in their career, Anne worked as a Management Development Consultant at Countrywide Plc from March 1993 to September 1995. Anne holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management from the University Centre, Doncaster, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), and is a qualified Employment Law Paralegal.
