Julian Hartley

Julian Hartley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in vehicle finance, savings, and banking. Currently serving as Managing Director of Vehicle Finance & Savings at Secure Trust Bank since October 2022, Julian previously held the role of Commercial Director at Tesco Bank, overseeing savings, lending, and international operations, as well as having served as Product Director for savings, loans, and mortgages. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at ING Direct where Julian was Mortgage and Insurance Director and Customer Service/Sales & Operations Director. Julian has held various leadership positions across several organizations including Dingley Family and Specialist Early Years Centres, Mosaic, and Digitas, showcasing a diverse background in market analysis, business development, and strategic planning. Julian holds an MBA from the University of the West of England, a Chartered Banker designation from the Chartered Institute of Bankers Scotland, and an HND in Business Studies.
