Shailendra Yadav

Shailendra Yadav has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Shailendra began their career at Wipro BPO as a Technical Support Officer, where they were responsible for hard core troubleshooting for desktops and notebooks, resolving customer issues with their computers, and doing follow-ups to check if the issue had been taken care of. In 2008, they moved to Iyogi Services as a Server Support Engineer, where their responsibilities included installation and configuration of Active Directory Structure, managing and maintaining Active Directory, DHCP and DNS, and implementation and configuration of Exchange Server 2003. In 2009, they joined IBM as an IT Specialist, where they were responsible for taking escalations from L1 teams and maintaining high availability as per defined SLA, patching for Windows Server, making various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on service, and performing Active directory operations using Domain Controllers installed in different data centers across India, USA, Canada, and Singapore. In 2012, they moved to HCL Technologies as a Sr. Specialist in Windows & VMWARE. In 2013, they joined both R Systems as a Security Admin and SecureAuth Corporation as a Team Manager. At R Systems, their responsibilities included taking escalations from L1 teams and maintaining high availability as per defined SLA, patching for Windows Server, making various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on service, and performing Active directory operations using Domain Controllers installed in different data centers across India, USA, Canada, and Singapore.

Shailendra Yadav completed their B.A in Arts from Corresspondance in the years 2008-2011 and their 12th from New Delhi ASVJ in the years 2004-2007.
