Melany Knight currently serves as the General Manager of Service Delivery, Quality, and Transformation at SECURECOM LIMITED since March 2016. Previously, Melany worked at healthAlliance from October 2015 to March 2016 as the Manager of the Enterprise Management Portfolio Office & Internal Transformation, overseeing a $52 million capex portfolio and establishing an EPMO. Prior to that, Melany was a Programme Manager for Managed Services at healthAlliance, focusing on the development of a Service Management platform for Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain queries. Melany's earlier experience at Gen-i spanned several roles, including Acting General Manager of Operations, Head of Operations and Security, Head of Service Desks, and Path 2 Customer Business Coach, where transformational leadership and operational excellence were key responsibilities. Melany holds a degree from The University of Waikato.
