Kevin Hays is an accomplished attorney with a diverse legal background, currently serving as a Fee Attorney at Secured Title of Texas since January 2023 and maintaining a long-standing practice with Hays Law Firm, LLC since October 1996. Licensed in Texas and Alabama, Kevin specializes in Real Estate/Title, Probate, and Criminal Defense, representing clients in both state and federal courts. Previous experience includes positions as Fee Attorney at Capital Title of Texas, LLC, and Senior VP & Residential Counsel at Republic Title, as well as founding and managing Gulf South Title Services, LLC. Kevin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from The University of Alabama.
