Michael O'Neal has over 25 years of experience in the business industry. From 2006 to 2021, they have held a variety of positions in different companies. In 2006, they were the CEO of Team Products, a manufacturer of branded consumer products under the brands of Coleman and Sunbeam. In 2007, they became the CEO of Alco Consumer Products Inc., a developer and manufacturer of household products. In 2008, they were the CEO of Micro Innovations, a developer and manufacturer of computer peripherals. From 2009 to 2019, they were a Partner at FasolaO'Neal, an advisory firm that provided services to lenders and investors seeking to optimize value in troubled and under-performing companies. In 2010, they were the President of North America and Chief Operating Officer of Gibson Guitar. From 2011 to 2019, they were the Group President of Nortek Security & Control LLC, a global leader in providing security, audio video, power management, access control, health/wellness platforms and peripherals/sensors. From 2019 to 2020, they were the ICEO Senior Advisor at Lee Hecht Harrison, advocating for C-Suite leaders in transition. In 2020, they were the Business Development Executive at Essence Group, supporting their efforts to introduce new technologies into the North American market. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of SecureNet Technologies, a SaaS company offering security dealers an interactive software platform.
Michael O'Neal received their Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Rutgers University in 1977. Michael then went on to receive their Master of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University in 1982.
