Amelia Buntain has been working in the customer service and financial industries since 2012. Amelia began their career as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at School Specialty Planning & Student Development in 2012. Amelia then moved on to become a Member Service Representative I at Sno Falls Credit Union in 2013. That same year, they joined Finity Group, LLC as a New Business Processor and Seattle Office Operations Manager & Client Service Coordinator. In 2014, they began working at Guidant Financial as a Senior Loan Consultant, Loan Consultant & Packaging Specialist, and Account Processor. In 2020, they joined Kforce Inc as a Loan Specialist and was the top producer out of 160 contractors. Amelia then moved on to Highlight Technologies as an On-Site Team Lead, where they were promoted to management to help create a 200 person organization to administer PPP loan forgiveness. Finally, in 2021, they became a Customer Support Program Manager at Secure.
Amelia Buntain holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Western Washington University. Amelia also has a HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy obtained in July 2019.
