Kurtis Dane

Kurtis Dane has a varied work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Manager at McDonald's, where they worked all the way through high school and college. In 2009, they co-founded SUM - Startup Marketing, an add-on marketing department for startups and small businesses. In 2010, they took on a Product Marketing role at Finsphere, helping to develop the brand identity for PinPoint and supporting a number of marketing activities after the launch. In 2013, they became the Co-Founder and CDO of Madison Co., a mobile advertising technology startup. In 2014, they worked as a Community Manager at Microsoft, working with the Consumer Apps and Services team, and as a Product Manager and Designer at Vettd, a Seattle startup dedicated to creating talent management software. In 2015, they became a Partner Enablement Consultant at Sprinklr, and in 2021, they took on the role of Lead Product Designer at SecureSave.

Kurtis Dane attended the University of Washington from 2006 to 2010, where they received a degree in Marketing and Technology Innovation Management with a focus on Business. In 2015, they obtained a Coursera Verified Certificates in Gamification, and in 2018 they obtained a User Experience (UX) Design for Engagement certification from Udemy.
