Afnaz Ahamed

Afnaz Ahamed has over 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. Afnaz has worked in various roles and companies, starting with Emirates as a Systems Engineer from 1999 to 2001. Afnaz then joined Abu Dhabi Media as a Digital System Engineer from 2001 to 2005. Afnaz then worked as an Advisor & Consultant in Technology & Services for a Hosting Services Provider from 2004 to 2007. Afnaz then joined the Financial Regulator Sector as a Specialist - Infrastructure Architect from 2005 to 2009. Afnaz then moved to SecureTech LLC, where they worked as the Head of Technology since 2009. In 2018, Afnaz joined Confidencial as an Information Technology Specialist, where they currently hold a position.

Afnaz Ahamed obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth in 2002. Later, from 2004 to 2007, Afnaz pursued a Master's Degree in Strategic Business Information Technology from the same university. Additionally, Afnaz has obtained various certifications in the field, including Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions, CISM, ITIL Expert, and TOGAF® Certification Program. The date of obtaining the PRINCE 2 certification is unknown.
