Mark Kennedy

Mark Kennedy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in process optimization and talent management. Currently serving as Global Manager of HR Process & Optimization and HR Business Partner at Secureworks, Mark manages HR processes for a 2,500-person global organization, driving continuous improvement and providing data insights to senior leadership. Prior experience includes senior roles at ADP, where Mark led HR initiatives for over 700 associates, and consulting for small to medium businesses. With a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational change, Mark has successfully implemented strategies that significantly improved HR metrics and employee engagement across various industries. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and an HR Certificate from Saint Mary's University.
