Lynette Pineda

Lynette Pineda has a solid work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Lynette began their career at TIAA in 2000, where they held various positions, including Director, Senior Director - Head of Capital Markets - Sales, and Senior Director, Global Real Assets & Commercial Mortgage Underwriting/Credit Oversight. At TIAA, they managed the Global Real Estate Dispositions Team and oversaw the sales process, negotiations, and closings of over $8 billion in real estate sales. Lynette also built relationships with brokerage firms and effectively executed the company's business plan. In 2017, they joined TH Real Estate as a Senior Director - Commercial Mortgage Investments, and later moved to Securian Asset Management in 2018, where they currently hold the position of Vice President.

Lynette Pineda holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business (1997-2000). Lynette also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Economics from Columbia University. Lynette has completed the Management Accelerator program as a part of the Hispanic & Latino Leadership Academy at McKinsey Academy.
