Xiaoshuo Liu

Xiaoshuo Liu, CFA, currently serves as a Fixed Income Investment Analyst at Securian Asset Management, focusing on underwriting public corporate bonds through fundamental research and relative valuation. Previous experience includes roles as a Portfolio Manager at David S. Kidwell Funds Enterprise, where Xiaoshuo evaluated market strategies and developed a new momentum-based investment strategy, and an Analytics Student Consultant at Carlson Analytics Lab, managing client communications and translating technical goals into business values. Additional roles encompass teaching assistance at the University of Minnesota, internships at Thrivent Mutual Funds and Haier, and participation in the CFA Research Challenge. Xiaoshuo holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Minnesota, as well as dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Finance and Business from Bethel University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from Musashi University.
