Derk Barten

Derk Barten is an experienced Application Security Engineer at Securify B.V. since September 2022, previously serving as a Security Evaluator at Brightsight from November 2019 to September 2022, specializing in PCI, CC, and Common SECC evaluations, as well as Android penetration testing and code review. Derk holds a Master of Science in Security and Network Engineering from the University of Amsterdam (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Artificial Intelligence from the same institution (2015-2018).
