Niveditha Monica

Niveditha Monica began their work experience in 2019 as a Human Resources Intern at TVS Sundram Clayton. Niveditha then moved on to internships at Magna International and Equitas Small Finance Bank, both in the Human Resources field. In 2019, they also worked as a Human Resources Intern at Belstar Microfinance bank.

In 2020, Niveditha joined BYJU'S (GCC Region) as a Senior-Product Expert for BJYUS THE LEARNING APP. Niveditha stayed in this role until 2022.

Currently, Niveditha is a Human Resources Executive at CSW - Cyber Security Works, starting in 2023.

Niveditha Monica completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in human resources from the University of Madras, starting in 2018 and finishing in 2020. Before that, they obtained their 12th-grade diploma from Spartan Matriculation Higher Secondary School in 2015, with a focus on Business/Commerce. Furthermore, in 2013, Niveditha completed their 10th-grade studies at Spartan Matriculation Higher Secondary School, with a general field of study.
