Peta Smuts

Peta Smuts serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Securitas Health Consultants, having led the organization since January 2014, during which time it has expanded significantly to serve over 20,000 clients. In addition to this role, Peta Smuts has been a Director at Tshedza Healthcare Consulting since July 2014 and previously held the position of CEO at Progress Administrators from May 2013 to June 2014. Prior experience includes acting as CEO at Bonitasmarketing from March 2008 to April 2013, and serving as a Senior Manager at Medscheme from 1998 to February 2008, where responsibilities included managing a team of 30 relationship managers and overseeing 1,600 key clients for the Bonitas medical fund. Peta Smuts holds an NQF 5 degree in Wealth Management from the Graduate Institute of Financial Sciences, earned in 2018.
