Julia Leung is a seasoned professional in the financial sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) since March 2015, after holding positions as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Intermediaries. Julia has a strong background in advisory roles, having been a Julius Fellow at Chatham House and a Fellow at the Harvard University Asia Center in 2014, as well as a Senior Advisor at the Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum during the same year.
