Victor Lee

Victor Lee is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Finance at the Securities and Futures Commission since October 2015, Victor has previously held the position of Solicitor at Stephenson Harwood from 2002 to June 2015 and completed a traineeship at Sinclair Roche & Temperley between September 2000 and August 2002. Victor holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Law from The University of Hong Kong (1999-2000), an LL.B. in Law from the University of London (1996-1999), and a BEng in Industrial Engineering from The University of Hong Kong (1991-1995).
