Don Erickson

Don Erickson has had an extensive career in government relations and advocacy, with experience working for both private corporations and trade associations. Currently serving as CEO of the Security Industry Association, Don is responsible for advancing the interests of nearly 1,400 corporate members by advocating for industry policies, creating industry standards, promoting professionalism, providing market insights, and organizing networking events. Prior to his current role, Don held positions at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and OPASTCO, where he represented companies before government entities and communicated legislative developments to senior management. With a background in political science from The Catholic University of America, Don's expertise in legislative affairs has been instrumental in influencing various initiatives throughout his career.
