Edimar Carreira is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at SecurityFirst, Edimar acts as the focal point for the technical team on the vCISO governance project for NTS. Previous roles include Senior Security Analyst at CTCTech, where Edimar contributed to security projects for significant corporate clients and led processes for access control management and policy revisions. As a Security Analyst at NetSecurity Brasil, Edimar managed Trend Micro antimalware products and conducted assessments for security enhancements. Edimar's expertise also spans architectural solutions at IBM and security supervision at ConnectCom, with a solid foundation in IT infrastructure and security established through roles at Cipher and Cyberlynxx. Edimar holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including an MBA in Information Security Management and has a background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
